Innovators are working to create ergonomically optimized endoscopy suites that will increase patient and practitioner safety and in turn improve the quality of diagnostic and therapeutic services. The 2021 AGA Virtual Tech Summit, April 29-30, will host a comprehensive discussion on how to create an ergonomics curriculum, what the future of research and development entails and the impact of injuries on GIs. Registration is now open. Additional sessions will cover:

  • Advances in infection control.
  • GI applications and artificial intelligence.
  • Global health initiatives for innovation.

At the AGA Tech Summit, attendees will continue to enjoy popular events such as the AGA Shark Tank where entrepreneurs pitch their concepts to a panel of judges. Do you have an idea? Why not pitch it at the AGA Shark Tank to gain widespread exposure within the GI community. Apply by March 25.

If you’re not quite ready for prime time, consider taking advantage of the AGA Innovator Consultations for advice from leading innovation experts. Register to gain access.

GI fellows in their third or fourth year, or in advanced endoscopy fellowships, can get an inside peek at the MedTech world through the AGA Innovation Fellows Program. Apply by March 29.
