We are thrilled to announce that Judy A. Trieu, MD, will be assuming the role of editor-in-chief (EIC) of The New Gastroenterologist (TNG) — AGA’s newsletter focused on the clinical and professional needs of early career GIs.

"The New Gastroenterologist has been my 'one-stop shop,' where trainees and early gastroenterologists can find expert reviews on current clinical practices and resources to shed light and shape early career development.

Over the next few years, I would love to build upon Dr. Rao’s legacy and increase TNG’s presence on social media platforms, in order to reach more trainees and new GIs and make the content as accessible as possible."
