Leading up to and on Oct. 26, the GI Community came together for AGA Giving Day to help fund AGA grants that will help spark diverse students’ interest in GI research and launch underrepresented investigators’ academic research careers.
Thanks to the support of all our donors, we raised more than $43,000 to fund the GI pipeline of investigators.
Thank you to all our donors for making a difference
The AGA Research Foundation remains committed to foster and support the careers of underrepresented researchers.
All donations will go directly into research awards to support the research endeavors of future investigators including undergraduate students and fellows intending to become independent investigators.
During these trying times, there is one thing that hasn’t and won’t change — our commitment to our mission: to raise funds to support young researchers in gastroenterology and hepatology. While there is still more work ahead, we know we can move forward with the help of AGA members.
