The AGA Institute Council is looking for nominations for their 2019 elections. Those elected will serve on the AGA Institute Council which is responsible for organizing AGA’s program at Digestive Disease Week® (DDW). The council chairs and vice chairs create most of AGA’s invited-speaker sessions, and the original research podium and poster presentations. Through the council sections, abstracts submitted to AGA are reviewed and selected for either oral or poster presentation.
The call is now open to submit nominations for the next cohort of section leaders who will plan these important aspects for AGA at DDW. You can review a brief description of committee responsibility outlined in this document.
