Newest AGA guideline open for public comment: eosinophilic esophagitis

Review the guideline and supporting materials to share your thoughts by Thursday, May 16.

AGA, in partnership with the Joint Task Force on Allergy-Immunology Practice Parameters on the Management of Eosinophilic Esophagitis (JTF), is seeking public comment on a new guideline for the management of eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE). This guideline addresses the clinical management of EoE for both pediatric and adult allergists and gastroenterologists. Unless specified, this guideline’s recommendations are applicable to the short-term treatment of EoE, as the current evidence-base is primarily comprised of trials extending from two to 16 weeks.
