Gastroenterology image challenge: A 35-year-old man with known ulcerative colitis presented with severe proctitis. The patient’s history included orthotopic triple liver transplantation with colectomy and creation of a terminal ileostomy owing to primary sclerosing cholangitis, portal hypertensive gastropathy, thrombocytopenia and poor coagulation with substitution, hepatic encephalopathy, hepatorenal failure, and Jak2 inhibitor treatment.
