The world has changed since we last gathered for Digestive Disease Week® (DDW). Ongoing COVID-19 pandemic disruptions made us rework our meeting model — and we’re happy to introduce our first hybrid event. This year, you choose how you want to attend: join in person in San Diego or virtually through our cutting-edge platform. Below, we’ve broken down what’s offered with each option.
In person
- Choose from 400 original scientific sessions to attend, presented in a variety of formats. Browse highlights from DDW and all four sponsoring societies on the DDW website.
- Visit the Poster Hall, featuring 3,000 posters, and ask authors questions.
- Learn the latest GI innovations in the Exhibit Hall (Sunday–Tuesday), plus attend additional industry programming through Product Theaters and Satellite Symposia.
- Build relationships and reconnect with in person networking opportunities.
- Access the DDW Virtual™ platform to watch key sessions you missed.
Virtual
- Watch 64 key scientific sessions livestreamed from the convention center.
- Browse full-text abstracts and ePosters and interact with authors to ask questions at the DDW ePosters site.
- Learn the latest GI innovations in the Industry Supporter Showcase (Saturday-Tuesday).
