AGA Advocacy Day is quickly approaching on Thursday, Sept. 22, 2022, and we don’t want you to miss it! More than 80 GIs are registered to virtually meet with federal lawmakers and share how policies such as prior authorization and step therapy are impacting their patients’ access to high quality care.
Hear from three AGA members: Shazia M. Siddique, MD; Fola May, MD, MPhil, PhD and Rotonya Carr MD, FACP about why they’re participating in AGA Advocacy Day and the importance of getting involved.

AGA Advocacy Day is easy to join and a great way to engage with your community – no experience is necessary! All participants are paired with experienced advocates and provided with the resources and training to feel confident talking to policymakers.
Meetings take place throughout the day with a keynote speaker at lunch. Even if you can join for a small window of time, AGA will work with your availability to schedule meetings to fit with your busy schedule.
