Only a few days remain to nominate new members for the AGA Institute Council section vice chair and nominating committees. The council nomination deadline is 5 p.m. EST on Monday, Dec. 3, 2018.
The AGA Institute Council looking for new section leaders for seven of its 13 sections. Elected leaders will serve on the council, which is responsible for organizing AGA’s program at Digestive Disease Week® (DDW), for a two-year term. Section leaders have the unique opportunity of spearheading AGA’s invited-speaker sessions, original research podium and poster presentations, and are at the forefront of abstract selection for oral and poster presentations at DDW.
