Applications are now open for the National Hispanic Medical Association (NHMA) Advancing Physician Leaders Fellowship Program. This 12-month program is specifically designed for early and mid-career physicians who are eager to enhance their leadership skills and engage in advocacy and policy actions that promote health equity.
Through a combination of in-person and virtual sessions, participants will engage with key policy makers, meet with government health agencies, and collaborate with fellow leaders in the field. The fellowship culminates in a capstone project focused on improving health outcomes in the Latino community.
