Digestive Disease Week® (DDW) is the world’s leading meeting for sharing the latest and greatest research and breakthroughs in gastroenterology, hepatology, GI endoscopy and gastrointestinal surgery. Let your novel research blow GI professionals and leaders away in the Windy City. By submitting your abstract for consideration for DDW, you can share your findings, get feedback from peers, and promote, basic, clinical and translational research on a global scale.

The abstract submission site will close at 9 p.m. EST on Dec. 1, 2019. Visit the DDW website for more information about submitting your research and to view the complete set of submission guidelines.

Submit your case report

Calling all medical students, residents and fellows! Submit your most unique and thought-provoking case report for consideration for a new session, Stump the Professors, at DDW 2020. If selected, presenters will have the opportunity to stump society experts with challenging case presentations in the Knowledge Hub. Deadline for submission is also Dec. 1. In the abstract submission site, select the new DDW Case Report role and follow the submission steps to enter your case details.

AGA Abstract Descriptors
To help match your abstract(s) to the best descriptor for submission, the AGA Institute Council has provided an expanded descriptor document as to what the abstract review committee is looking for in submitted abstracts. Please use this in order to submit your abstract to the most appropriate section and descriptor.
