Weight management is proven to be beneficial in patients with comorbid gastrointestinal diseases, such as nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), reflux esophagitis, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), gallbladder disease, pancreatitis, esophageal and colon cancer.

AGA’s new educational series, “Obesity in GI Care,” provides a comprehensive approach to diagnosing and treating obesity in patients with GI comorbidities. Hosted by Drs. Andres Acosta and Octavia Pickett-Blakely, the series will feature three live 30-minute webinars and six podcast episodes published throughout the summer.

Register for upcoming webinars to take part in real-time discussions and get your questions answered.

Can’t attend the webinars live? Register anyway to receive on-demand access in AGA University where the podcast episodes will be available for CME credit. For the series, you can earn up to 5.25 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM.

This independent educational activity is supported by an independent educational grant from Novo Nordisk.
