Thirteen $500 travel awards are available, in addition to one $1,000 award that will be given to the top scoring “Fellow Abstract of the Year.” Applicants must be a clinical or postdoctoral fellow at an institution within North America, be a current AGA member and sponsored by an AGA member in good standing.
Thirteen $500 travel awards are available, in addition to one $1,000 award that will be given to the top scoring “Student Abstract of the Year.” Applicants must be graduate students, medical students or medical residents (no more than postgraduate year three) at an institution within North America who have performed original research related to diseases, structure or function of the digestive system. Applicants do not need to be AGA members but must be sponsored by an AGA member in good standing.
